The Roosevelt House: Cozy 1900s Cottage Near Lake

The cabin was very cute and clean. The master bedroom was updated and the bed was very comfortable. This unit is right next to the shared laundry room with three other units. And had its own private deck for grilling. The kitchen was fully stocked with pots, pans, utensils, a toaster and coffee pot. The WiFi and tv streaming worked great. The host gave us details related to close beaches and restaurants that were minutes away. The host was very responsive and made sure we checked in ok since we got to the cabin very late. During our stay there was a bad storm that knocked out electricity and water. We worked with the host and he was able to give us a refund for the final night so we could find another place to stay. Overall this was a great rental in a perfect location to explore the lakeshore of Southern Michigan and towns like St. Joseph, South Haven and Saugatuck.

If you are a beach-goer, there are several Lake Michigan options within a very short distance! No complaints about the rental. Excellent accommodations! Host responds immediately!

Wonderful

A lot to do and great location. Upstairs was a litttle risky with toddlers. Steep stair but overall happy we found this house.
