Cottage by Lake w FAST WiFi & No Checkout Chores!

Although the cottage was clean, the exterior was very tired and needed some work. When we pulled up to the property, all I could see was the broken blinds on the front door. Cold water tap in the kitchen didn't work beyond a dribble. Stains on the couch and muddy kick marks on the front door. Hole in the metal on the screen door. Never again.

This property is an updated 3 season cottage that was mostly great. Halfway between St Joseph and South Haven, so 15 to 20 minutes from a lot of activites, restaurants, beaches, etc. Bedrooms are super small, kitchen and bathroom are also nice. Living room has a tiny flat panel tv mounted on an otherwise bare wall. The couch is an old white and blue beach style couch. Think preppy button down oxford stripes. Frankly it was filthy to the point where my 17 yr old refused to sit on it. Have it professionally cleaned or replace it. Overall note quite worth the price.
